The Research Of An Auto Testing System For The Progressive Cavity Pump

In this paper based on analyzing the principle,basic characteristic and movement rule of screw pump, taking the screw pump modeling in room as a method, carring on the comprehensive analysis to the empirical datum, the operational factor of screw pump was obtained. By using National Instrument Corporation's software platform LabVIEW software,the performance testing system of screw pump was designed,which based on the virtual instruments. This system can acquire the pressure, current capacity, the torque, the temperature and the rotational speed and soon various parameters of screw pump real-timely. After the parameters acquired and processed by computer, it can draw up the pump efficiency curve directly ,and the experimental data can be stored,printed and displayed in the system. The system has a perfect man-machine interface and can control the screw pump testing automatically .
