Research On The Status Quo Of Ambient Air Quality And Pollution Control Countermeasures In Gaoyou City

With the rapid economic development and social progress of Gaoyou City,the public's awareness of environmental protection is becoming stronger and stronger,and the quality of the surrounding environment is becoming more and more concerned.Especially in recent years,the frequent outbreak of fog and haze weather makes the ambient air quality become the most concerned issue of the public.In order to eliminate the public's doubts about the environmental air quality,the objective evaluation and forecast of the environmental air quality in Gaoyou City were carried out,and the countermeasures to improve the environmental air quality were put forward,which provided the basis for the government's scientific decision-making.By analyzing the data of automatic monitoring of ambient air quality in Gaoyou city in 2017,single item evaluation method and multi-item comprehensive evaluation method were used to evaluate the status of ambient air quality in Gaoyou city in 2017.It was concluded that the compliance rate of ambient air quality in Gaoyou was 76.9%in 2017.The pollutants exceeding the standard are PM2.5,PM10 and O3.The annual average daily compliance rate ranged fromSO2(100%)= CO(100%)>NO2(99.2%)>PM10(96.9%)>O3(90.2%)>PM2.5(85.3%).In 2017,the concentrations of sulfur dioxide,carbon monoxide,nitrogen dioxide,inhalable particulate matter and fine particulate matter were high in winter,and the maximum 8-hour moving average(O3)of ozone was the highest in summer.By analyzing the characteristics and trends of ambient air pollutants concentration in Gaoyou from 2011 to 2017.It is concluded that the concentration of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide in the ambient air of Gaoyou City is relatively stable on the whole,and the daily maximum concentration and the annual average concentration have reached the second-class standard of the Environmental Air Quality Standard(GB3095-1996).The annual average concentration of nitric oxide and ozone increases greatly.We should pay attention to it,Inhalable particulates and fine particulates are the most important factors affecting the ambient air quality in Gaoyou at this stage.Especially fine particulate matter,although the concentration is gradually decreasing,but there is still a big gap compared with the "Environmental Air Quality Standard"(GB3095-1996)in the secondary standards.At the same time,the emission has obvious seasonal characteristics,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,inhalable particulate matter,fine particulate matter concentration in winter is high,summer concentration is low,and ozone is on the contrary,high concentration in summer,low concentration in winter.A grey model was established to predict the future air quality in Gaoyou City.The results showed that the annual average concentration of SO2?NO2?PM10?CO andO3reached the standard,the fine particulate matter exceeded the standard,and the exceeded standard multiple was 25.7%.This indicated that the pollution situation of fine particulate matter was still very serious,and the annual average concentration of CO and O3 was the same as that of the same period.Increased by 5.6%and 14.7%respectively,it will become one of the leading factors affecting the air quality of Gaoyou in the future.Combining with the development of Gaoyou city,it is concluded that the main sources of ambient air pollutants are fuel combustion,vehicle exhaust and building dust.Among them,inhalable particulate matter and fine particulate matter pollution caused by fuel combustion and building dust are the most serious,and the rise of ozone concentration caused by vehicle exhaust can not be ignored.Combining with the actual situation of Gaoyou city,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of air quality control in Gaoyou city,such as accelerating the pace of adjusting industrial structure,promoting the development of tertiary industry service industry,encouraging the use of clean energy such as solar energy,promoting the construction of multi-energy complementary integrated optimization distributed energy system,increasing the monitoring points of air quality,etc.
