| In recent years, with the continuous development of Songliao River Basineconomy, serious water environmental pollution appeared and severely restricted thesustainable development of economy and society of this area. Evaluating the waterquality of Songliao River Basin provincial sections, analyzing water quality trendand identifying environmental impact factors can help to understand the currentsituation of water quality, give proposal suggestions for water quality improvementmethods and management strategies.The single factor water quality identification index was used firstly in this paperto evaluate water quality of11Songliao River Basin provincial sections,4NenRiver upstream and downstream provincial sections,2Songhua River left and rightprovincial sections,3Liao River upstream and downstream provincial sections.Then principal component analysis was used to identify environmental impact factorsof Songliao River Basin provincial sections, Nen River upstream and downstreamprovincial sections. Finally, seasonal Kendall testing method was used to analyzewater quality trend of11Songliao River Bain provincial sections throughout theyear, flood and non-flood season.Results of the single factor water quality identification index show that averagewater quality of Songliao River Basin exceeds V class, water quality of Nen Riverupstream provincial sections is nicer than downstream provincial sections, waterquality of Songhua River upstream and left provincial sections is nicer thandownstream and right provincial sections, water quality of Liao River upstreamprovincial sections is nicer meanwhile pollution and entrophication of middle andlower Liao River is serious. Results of the principal component analysis show thatBOD5, DO, CODMnare the environmental impact factors of Songliao River Basinprovincial sections, NH3-N, TP, BOD5are the environmental impact factors ofNen River provincial sections. Results of seasonal Kendall testing show that TP of 43%,45%and20%provincial sections have a tendency of increase in full year,flood season, non-flood season respectively. It shows that TP pollution of this areahas gotten worse each year.To help protection and improving water resource of this area, measures shouldbe adopted, such as implementing circulated economy and cleaner production,protecting water source, strengthening monitoring capability, controllingagricultural non-point source pollution, accelerating construction of municipalsewage treatment plant and improving environmental protection awareness of themasses. |
