The national academy of sciences for the first time put forward the report of Ch.ina sustainable strategy from 1999,Since the 16th national congress,the central committee has advocated the scientific outlook on development,and the nineteenth party central committee attaches great importance to the building of "a beautiful China",which is including all embody the sustainable development of China and the world to attention,and focus on construction of ecological civilization,therefore,under the ecological safety assessment,the perspective of new urbanization limited research is extremely important in recent years,the researchers for many methods to evaluate ecological safety too much Angle,to the current ecological healthy development provided the certain theory support,some scholars dedicated to the study of new urbanization construction,which the construction of urbanization,the economic development and social progress have provided many ideas.Some scholars have combined the ecology and urbanization with innovation,Finally,a case study of Guang Yuan city in Si Chuan province is given.The main results of the thesis are as follows:(1)Which analyze the ecological evaluation process,determine the index selection principle of selection standard,through the literature research method and Delphi method to construct the index system.In addition,the Present Paper counter the ecosystem health class,built environment harmonious class,industry efficient recycling,resource conservation,service guarantee perfect class,lifestyle low-carbon class six levels path to determine specific indicators.Ultimately determine the 37 indicators constitute the index system of this paper.(2)This paper analysis Characteristics(strengths and weaknesses)of ecological safety evaluation methods of conceptual model,mathematical model,ecological model,landscape ecology model and digital terrain model.In this paper,the grey relational method in the mathematical model method is used as the evaluation method,in view of the complex relationship between various factors and indicators in the new urbanization construction from the perspective of ecological evaluation.Combining with the situation of Si Chuan province and related literatures grade ecological security.In this paper,ecological security is divided into five levels of risk group,risks,alert,well graded,security level.(3)The value of ecological security assessment is the main,urbanization rates are complementary and combined with the existence of various protected areas in the study area.then regional urbanization development areas are divided.We get three regional types of suitable building area(constructive expansion permitted zone and constructive expansion conditionally-permitted zone),construction restricted area and exclusion area.(4)This paper takes Guang Yuan city in Qin Ba mountain region as an example to study the limitation of new urbanization.This paper analyze the general situation of Guang Yuan city of physical geography,ecology,urbanization,socio-economic.By looking at the data and according to the established ecological security index system,the weight of indicators in various districts and counties of Guang Yuan city is calculated to conduct ecological safety assessment.The ecological safety evaluation value of each district and county was obtained.According to the development level of urbanization and the principle of regional division,the limited scope of new urbanization development in Guang Yuan city is obtained,and the corresponding measures are given...
