This paper examines the impact of environmental regulation on business performance,focuses on the internal resources of the company,and examines how environmental regulation will affect corporate performance under the regulation of corporate resources.In this paper,the relationship between environmental regulation and enterprise performance is discussed theoretically,and the influence of the change between the two is studied from the internal resources of the enterprise.Through the combing of domestic and foreign research results,the author makes a theoretical analysis and puts forward relevant hypothesis.This paper takes the listed companies of heavily polluting industries in 2009 and 2015 as the samples,and uses the relevant regression analysis to study the influence of environmental regulation on the performance of enterprises under the regulation of enterprise resources.The results show that the effect of environmental regulation on the performance of enterprises is not significant.Compared with the general resources,the relationship between environmental regulation and enterprise performance is more significant than that of general resources.Precipitation redundancy resources,resource flexibility and environmental regulation And the relationship between business performance from the positive role of regulation.In addition,the impact of the intensity of environmental regulation on the performance of enterprises than the weak environmental regulation is more significant.At the same time in different property rights of enterprises,resources on environmental regulation and the relationship between the performance of the regulatory role of the differences.Finally,this study clarifies the regulatory role of resources and enriches the theory of resource management.According to the conclusion of the study,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the environmental regulation policy and strengthen the internal resource management of the enterprise so as to promote the enterprises’ attention to the environmental problems and focus on the internal resources of enterprises to provide a way to improve the enterprise performance. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | environmental regulation, enterprise performance, general resources, innovative resources, redundant resources | | Related items |
