Sino-Russian Oil And Gas Resources Cooperative Development Research

The natural resources a country possesses have an important influence on its economic growth.Oil and gas resources as the basic driving force to maintain national security and ensure sustainable economic development is an important issue for the international community.Therefore,the cooperative development of oil and gas resources between China and Russia is more important in the new era of oil and gas resources environment.This paper first discusses the concepts of oil and gas resources and Sino-Russian oil and gas resources cooperation and development,and makes use of the regional economic integration,the foundation of Sino-Russian oil and gas resources cooperation is analyzed by factor endowment theory,national competitiveness theory and competitive cooperation theory.At last,the author gives some countermeasures and suggestions on the problems existing in oil and gas cooperation between China and Russia.Thus,the cooperation between China and Russia in the future will develop in a positive direction,which will provide some thoughts for the win-win situation of oil and gas resources between China and Russia.
