Research On Optimization Of A Company's Human Resource Management Process

A company was a private enterprise with production of aluminum since 2001 in Guizhou,Anshun.Its Business Model is producing Aluminum Rod and Ingots with raw material,mainly use electrolysis process,then sell them,its annual output is about 80 thousand tons per annum,with about 800 employees.Due to the market downturn,A company could not manage to survive and acquired by the government in 2014.The company was managed mainly by a small part of managers(mainly the bosses and their relatives),haphazardly and personally,lack of basic management system,work standards and flows,these factors led to an increase in the difficulties of management after the acquisition,in these years,the competition in aluminum industry market and the continuous improvement of local laws and regulations,put forward higher demands on the internal management of the company,under these circumstances,reorganizing the company's basic management is necessary and urgent,especially the human resources management process which is the basic outline of the company's management.How to optimize the process on the basis of the existing work habits,according to the principle of scientific management and the compliance needs,became one of the important issues of A company.This paper will study the optimization of human resource management process,based on the reality,using Face-to-Face Interview Method to Analyze Problems and Causes of Human Resource Management Process,combined with scientific Process optimization ECRS analysis method,using VISIO2007 process mapping software,And put forward some key points to ensure the implementation of optimized process,aiming to standardize the company's basic management and focus on stable and orderly production and operation of the company.
