As society develops,technology advances and the economy continue to grow,people’s pursuit of quality of life continues to improve and their needs show diverse characteristics.In recent years,China’s cosmetics industry has developed rapidly in this context.To meet the diverse needs of people in a highly competitive market,a variety of new cosmetic products are emerging in the market.M company,a wholly foreign-owned supply chain management and product design company located in Shenzhen,is currently developing,and designing a new beauty device that are in the stage of NPI introduction and mass production manufacturing,facing many challenges such as low production efficiency and input-output imbalance.The optimization study of the WET test process on the assembly and manufacturing line of OPTE skincare system will help to address these challenges and is of great practical importance to ensure a smooth transition from the R&D stage to the mass production stage.This thesis is based on the WET testing process on the assembly and manufacturing line of OPTE skincare system of M company,using the theory and tools of process optimization and lean production.Firstly,through the analysis of the current process status of the WET test site,it was identified that the test process has problems such as low operational efficiency,test lag in the production process and test site management clutter.Secondly,we used ASME value-added analysis table and cause-effect analysis to find out the root causes of these problems,i.e.,the unreasonable arrangement of the test process makes too many non-value-added and non-essential activities exist in the online operation process,the lack of digital data instant tracking and management and automatic analysis and judgment functions in the process,and the low level of lean operation in the test site.Again,using process optimization and lean manufacturing tools and methods such as ECRS principles,ASME value-added analysis table,and single-piece flow operation,we proposed targeted measures to reduce non-value-added and non-essential activities in the online testing process,upgrade and improve the digital data instant tracking management function and automatic analysis and judgment function,and improve the site management elements.Finally,we propose a guaranteed plan and measures for the implementation of the above optimization measures.Driven by the global diversified demand,more and more new electronic products will emerge in the market,and people’s demand for product quality becomes higher.The improvement measures proposed in this thesis for the WET test flow optimization study make the test flow more rational and scientific,make the production smoother and more continuous,enhance the production efficiency of products,and the results are conducive to the improvement of product quality and cost reduction,and further strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time,it is also hoped that the introduction of this paper can play a certain reference role for other R&D projects of M Company.
