Research On Working Capital Management Of R Company Based On Channel Management

In recent years,China’s home appliance manufacturing enterprises are in a stage of rapid development,and all management systems must keep pace with the overall development of enterprises.However,most home appliance companies in China still have more problems in the management of working capital,and the management of working capital is that an indispensable and vital part of the management of enterprises.Appliance manufacturers must improve the management level of working capital,ensuring that meeting the most basic operational turnover,improve working capital and bringing greater benefits in the process of operation.This paper mainly uses literature research,comparative analysis and case analysis to conduct research.Applying the theory of working capital management based on channel management to the actual capital utilization of R company,firstly,introduces the background of China’s current economic development and the development background of home appliance manufacturing enterprises,and then Introduce and detail the relevant theories of traditional and channel management,using the management theory to lay a theoretical foundation for the detailed division and analysis of R companies in the following text.Introduce the main situation of R company,and carry out a simple analysis of R company fund project data according to the traditional management mode,and find the shortcomings of the mode,in order to compare with the channel management model,and then divide the R company fund project data divided into the procurement stage in the early stage of the operation process,the production stage in the middle stage,the sales stage in the later stage,and the stage of financial management.These stages are summarized by channels.,It will be calculated and in-depth researched according to the channel management calculation method.It is found that the existing problems of R company working capital in various channels are mainly due to occupy excessive supplier funds,lack of reasonable raw material procurement plan,lack of effective compensation management mechanism,excessively high payables,small collection of receivables,slow turnover of finished goods inventory,and the utilization rate of the working capital of the wealth management channel is low.Next,the four channels are linked together for overall evaluation and analysis,and compared with the average level of home appliance leading companies Haier and home appliance industry,detailing the current status of R company’s current working capital,laying the foundation for the proposed recommendations.After a series of analysis,some specific and effective countermeasures for the existing problems of R company are proposed,in order to help R company to better use the channel working capital management method and promote management.It is also hopes to provide more enterprises with practical experience in adopting the channel management-based working capital management model.
