Aiming at the shortage of rolling components performance evaluation system of our country,meeting the needs of test and evaluation,various research contents are set up for the purpose of establishing the testing standard and evaluation system for the comprehensive performance(precision,preload,temperature rise and noise)of rolling linear guideway.For the precision index,the error model is established and the applicable conditions of each test method are compared.For preload,a new type of flexible ball joint measurement method is proposed.Based on the law of conservation of energy,the thermal characteristics of rolling linear guides were analyzed.Combined with the test,the temperature change curve,balance time and deformation area are determined,and the temperature rise detection method of equal time node is worked out.The quality control scheme of noise detection is set up,and a method of noise detection for fixed point measurement of multi test points is put forward.In order to evaluate the test results effectively,the comprehensive performance evaluation system of the rolling linear guide pair is established,including the evaluation of single index and multi index.Among them,two models of weight and unequal weight are given for the multi index evaluation method.which results are more reliableOn the basis of the theoretical research,the evaluation scheme of the comprehensive performance of the guide pair is determined,and the industry test of the comprehensive performance of the guide pair is carried out.The data analysis is carried out by the established evaluation system,and the industry evaluation of the comprehensive performance of the 2016-2017 guide pairs is completed.The comprehensive performance of 5 domestic products is evaluated from the two directions of horizontal comparison and vertical comparison with the overseas.The evaluation results were issued and approved by the industry,which verified the scientificity of the evaluation.The evaluation reflects the development status of the industry truly,which not only provides theoretical basis and experimental basis for the optimization of the guide way,but also promotes the formulation of relevant acceptance criteria for the guideway.
