The comprehensive performance of precision, vibration, noise and temperature rise which is the most important performance indexes to evaluate the guide rail directly determines the quality and precision of manufactured components. Therefore, precise measurement of linear Guide pair properties is of great reference value on improving the quality of guides in real production.Based on the actual usage of the test-bed, the potential design defects of this test-bed have been analyzed. According to the analysis result, From the perspective of weight reduction, the improvement of mechanical properties and vibration characteristics, the key components are been optimized. The safety performance of this test-bed has been improved.The motion accuracy, acceleration performance, vibration performance, friction performance, noise performance and temperature rise of linear guide were been researched based on the comprehensive performance test-bed of rolling linear Guide pair.According to the design target of this test-bed and the measuring principle of comprehensive performance, the dynamic measurement system software, which take Visual Basic as the assembly language, is been compiled to realize the acquisition, analysis,store and output of the experiment data record.Conduct the performance test of linear guide and to elaborate the concrete steps and cautions during the experiment. In order to prove the validity of the measurement results and carry out experimental verification of the whole measuring system, we execute multiple measurement test and take different measuring methods for the same object under the same conditions. We analyzed the result by conventional statistical analysis methods and spectral analysis method, assessed the repeatability of result by analyzing the spannweite of measurement data which measured in the same conditions.
