With the development of equipment manufacturing industry, CNC machine tools and mechanical and electrical integration system is to high precision, high speed, high reliability and intelligence, digital direction. As the key part of CNC machine tools, the quality of linear rolling guide pair directly affects CNC machine tools’ service life and machining precision of the workpiece. The high performance CNC machine tools are dependent on the high-performance parts. Advanced parts require advanced testing equipment. So, it’s important for the improvement of the performance of the linear rolling guide to develop complete comprehensive performance test bed of rolling linear guide pair to formulate feasible performance experiment scheme and to formulate feasible performance experiment scheme.The thesis analyzes the research degree of the linear rolling guide pair and the levels of comprehensive performance testing. According to the study of the performance of linear rolling guide pair in operating condition and its test requirements, the overall plan of the comprehensive performance test bed can be determined. Then the thesis simple demonstrates the solution. This test-bed is mainly composed of motion control system, test system and measuring software system, etc. It can complete the performance test of different type guides. Test bed uses linear motor as the executing agency. While driving through its two rail movement. In addition, based on machine operating conditions and motion control card software system, linear motor can perfomance in accordance with the requirements of movement and motion parameters of test bed can display in time. According to the requirements of derection systerm, introduces significant the measurement principle of the linear rolling guide pairs significance parameters and carry out a function description and selection about the requried sensor. On this basis, Testing software for the linear rolling guid pair development and modular debugging. Including motion accuracy measurement module, friction measurement module, temperature measurement module, Speed and acceleration measurement module and instructing the important features and important algorithms of systerm, completing the preparatory work of the whole system.According the comprehensive performance test bed system, we make a performance testing about the linear rolling guide pair’s motion accuracy, emperature rising and noise, eform and analyse it’s function result and put forward influenced factors. Through this influenced actors,we put forword methods and measures for improvement of rolling guide pair. The comprehensive performance test bed of linear rolling guide pair’s running and testing results illustrate its stability and operation reliable, it can meet the requirements of comprehensive performance of high speed linear rolling guide pair, Provide a guarantee for the testing of new products and improving products performance.
