| As a key functional component,the rolling linear guide pair affects the machining accuracy and movement accuracy of precision equipment such as CNC machine tools.The accuracy and performance of the guide rail pair are affected by the machining accuracy of the guide rail and the slider profile parameters,so controlling the machining accuracy of the profile parameters of the guide rail and the slider is the key to improving the accuracy,performance and interchangeability of the guide rail pair.This paper takes the national science and technology major project as the background,carries on the theoretical analysis and experimental verification of the influence of the guide rail pair dimensional error on the interchangeability,and conducts the Cpk evaluation method research and data analysis on the guide rail pair key process and key process indicators.The specific work is as follows:First,determine the key profile parameters that affect the interchangeability of the guide rail pair by means of enterprise research and other methods,and carry out the theoretical analysis of the key profile parameters and the performance of the guide rail pair,and establish the theoretical model of the dimension error of the profile parameters and the vertical static stiffness,friction and comprehensive accuracy of the guide rail pair.Finally the numerical simulation analysis of the theoretical model is conducted.Based on the establishment of the theoretical model,carry out the experimental research on the influence of the key profile parameters of the guide rail pair on the interchangeability.Analyze the influence of different size errors on the vertical static stiffness,friction force and comprehensive accuracy of the guide rail pair,compare the experimental data with the theoretical values,and verify the accuracy of the model.The precision that should be met by the key profile dimensions of the guide rail and slider to realize interchangeability of the guide rail pair 3 precision P1 pre-tightening 25 type guide rail pair is summarized through the experimental data.Introduce the concept of process capability index Cpk into the quality evaluation of the production and processing of guide rails,and determine the key processes and key process indicators in the processing of guide rails and sliders through expert scoring,and carry out research on Cpk evaluation methods.Make a thorough test and propose quality control measures.According to the Cpk evaluation method,the Cpk evaluation is carried out on the key process and key process indicators of the guide rail and slider processing after the quality control.The test data is processed and analyzed,and the Cpk calculated value is compared with the evaluation standard to verify the effectiveness of the quality control measures. |
