| Facing the increasingly severe environmental situation,China attaches great importance to environmental protection.As an important part of environmental protection,hazardous waste supervision has great significance to residents’ life and social development.The research on strengthening hazardous waste supervision ability in Kunming not only enriches theoretical research but also realizes the need of hazardous waste supervision in Kunming.Based on the literature research,this study analyzes the status and existing problems of hazardous waste supervision ability in Kunming,puts forward some suggestions for the promotion of hazardous waste supervision ability in Kunming.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:Literature Research and concepts definition.Reviews relevant literatures,defines the concept of hazardous waste,discusses the concept of supervision ability.This study finds that there is only few researches on “hazardous waste supervision ability” and much less on “promotion of hazardous waste supervision ability”in specific areas.Study on the status of hazardous waste and hazardous waste supervision ability system in Kunming.Investigates the status of hazardous waste in Kunming,proposes hazardous waste supervision ability system in Kunming.This study finds that hazardous waste in Kunming covers many industries,categories and regions.Hazardous waste supervision ability system in Kunming includes five capabilities named propaganda and mobilization capability,disposal support capability,early warning and emergency response capability,monitoring and evaluation capability,innovative capability.Study on the status and existing problems of hazardous waste supervision capability in Kunming.Analyzes the status,weaknesses and existing problems of hazardous waste supervision capability in Kunming.This study finds that hazardous waste supervision in Kunming is effective but still has lacks,for example,the propaganda objects and contents of hazardous waste are not extensive enough,the degree of marketization of hazardous waste equipments and facilities is low,the construction of hazardous waste team is lagging behind,the assessment and evaluation of hazardous waste need to be optimized.Countermeasures research.From five aspects which are propaganda and mobilization capability,disposal support capability,early warning and emergency response capability,monitoring and evaluation capability as well as innovative capability,this study puts forward suggestions for the promotion of hazardous waste supervision ability in Kunming,such as carry out propaganda and training,improve supervision system,strengthen supervision and inspection,improve treatment and disposal technology,strengthen team building,encourage public participation and so on.The theme of this study is " Promotion of Hazardous Waste Supervision Ability ",it’s an innovation in study theme.Taking Kunming as the research area,it’s innovative in research area.Establishes the evaluation system of hazardous waste supervision ability in Kunming,the contents of this study have a certain innovation. |
