In recent years,C hina has become a tire-producing and consuming country,but there is still a big gap between tire information and developed countries.Tyre bladders are tire molds that affect the quality of tires.Domestic tire quality problems often occur.To ensure the q uality of tires,it is necessary to trace the whole process of tire bladder quality information.This design is based on the traceability of the tire bladder quality of a rubber plant in Dongying,it is divided into five traceable links based on the tire bladder production process.This paper mainly carries out the systematic research from the following aspects.First of all,data collection and storage are designed and implemented for the five traceability links.Firstly,the source of raw materials and the primary processing link use readers to read the label of the raw material carrier and store the key information in the database.The type of raw materials and the mixing plan are written into the label to realize the marking of the raw material for produc tion.Secondly: The vulcanization process collects key data such as temperature pressure and time during the vulcanization process.Because there are a lot of data collected at this stage and the label storage space is limited,the machine number and the capsule number are written as tags to query other information.Thirdly: before the tire capsules are put into the warehouse,they need to be qualified before the quality inspection can enter the warehouse.The real-time collection warehouse temperature humidity and light intensity are displayed and stored in the database through the upper computer.Fourth,the use of a fixed reader to automatically check out the model quantity and inspector's ID of the capsules for the delivery of the tire capsules.The fifth: in the logistics and sales department,collect information such as salesperson ID license plate number transporter ID temperature and humidity in the compartment,data collection in the process of transport.It uses MSP430 microcontroller to develop reader connect RC522 RF module inventory capsule information license plate number and transporter ID.They are written into the tags.The MC GS touch screen displays the car information in real time and the GPRS DTU transfers the data remotely to the production plant database.Secondly,Radio frequency identification uses Alien's fixed and mobile readers to read and write tire tag data.The tire capsule tag uses HIGG3 chip and combines the production process requirements to design a special RF tag for tire bladders.After the label is cured for 5 minutes,they use cold vulcanization glue technology to paste the label on the inner wall of the tire bladder 5-10 cm.Again,Tag collision affects the system operating efficiency.The application of the ALOHA algorithm and the frame slot ALOAH algorithm at the reader end is studied.It is found that the system frame slot ALOHA algorithm has a higher throughput rate.The actual tag length is 51 bits and the actual production process requires tags.There are 16 per group.Therefore,the system response speed is improved without changing the system throughput.Finally,with the help of the K ingview 6.55 platform was used to develop five data acquisition and monitoring systems for traceability,and the data was stored in the database SQL Server 2005 using the ODBC driver.The use of Delphi 7.0 to develop a traceability query application enabled traceability of the entire process information for tire capsules.
