In the recent year, the growing phenomenon of counterfeiting has seriously affected the normal production and operation, disrupted economic order of the market. The alcohol fraud is one of the most rampant, due to lower cost of counterfeit products and the high brand benefit of high-rank wines, criminals can gain huge profits once counterfeit products entry into the market. Adulterated wine harms not only the interest and prestige of the company, but also the life security of consumer. Although the government has severely examined and punished some cases, and the liquor companies have constantly upgraded security measures, the phenomenon still cannot be prevented effectively. The main reasons are presented by the following three aspects:Firstly, the traditional anti-counterfeiting technology is relatively backward, so problems of transferring and sharing the whole traceability information cannot be effectively solved. Secondly, because of the poor label identify and complex query methods customers can not verify the authenticity of goods. Finally, the problem of electronic tag production processes cannot meet the large-scale deployment. So to build a traceability system of liquor quality and safety is an important way to improve the quality and safety of alcohol.Liquor quality and safety traceability system is an information platform which integrates links information in all processes like storing, transporting, marketing and inspection. These papers is based on the liquor supply chain, and synthetically applies the knowledge of networking technology, management information systems, database management theory and alcohol safety management theory, researches the traceability system of alcohol quality and safety and analyzes the current domestic and foreign liquor quality and safety traceability status and needs points.Through the research of various aspects of business processes and information transfer in processes of storage, distribution, transportation, sales and security inspection, this paper has provided the solution of liquor quality and safety traceability system by using of the RFID technology, and also researched the practical issues which will occur in this system by applying the RFID technology. The system solution has changed the past shortcomings of anti-counterfeiting technology, and also can connect to the whole process of liquor sales distribution, data collection, and information processing, in order to achieve the automatic identification of goods and processing, information exchange and sharing, and effectively achieve security.Innovations mainly occurred in the following three aspects:(1) the use of RFID technology on the quality of alcoholic products safety traceability can enable automatic identification of goods and processing, information exchange and sharing through open Internet, finally can achieve the product "transparent" management. (2) By using conductive ink tags to instead of the traditional electronic tags can not only save time, but also greatly reduce the cost. So you can better promote the application of RFID. (3) By combining related practice and theory, this paper has analyzed problems of practical applications by using RFID technology in this system and provided the concrete solutions for the application problems.I hope this proposed RFID liquor quality and safety traceability system can provide a strong technical and management reference for some related enterprises, and can find another breakthrough for enterprises to implement effective anti-counterfeiting and improve operational efficiency.
