As the main meat food of our country,the quality and safety of pork has attracted much attention.However,due to the lack of unified and effective management and backward production technology,the relevant departments can't effectively supervise all links,which makes pork food safety problems happen in the near future.Therefore,how to effectively track and monitor every link of pig industry chain and achieve the traceability of pork products,so that people can enjoy safe pork,has become an urgent problem at present.In this paper,we carry out the research of the whole traceability system of pig products,aiming at achieving the whole process supervision of pork products in culture,slaughtering,processing,circulation and sales.Through the analysis of the links involved in the pig quality and safety tracing,the quality safety traceability system of pig products was designed by using the RFID technology of the Internet of things.In pig breeding,slaughtering system with processing,circulation,sales of the four links the actual production environment,give full play to the characteristics of non contact type automatic identification RFID,flexible use of RFID tags to read and write functions,selection of medium and the appropriate parameters of the RFID tag,the rational design of card reader,the reader and the induction distance the installation position,put forward by RFID tag and information acquisition terminal,combined with the design of two-dimensional bar code,individual identification,according to different users and regulators,analysis of pork in the process of production processes and the actual needs,design and implementation of the quality and safety of pig traceability system.The test results show that the RFID radio frequency identification and tag identification technology can accurately track pork production process,and achieve the goal of pork safety and accurate traceability.The innovation is: according to the RFID system in a large number of individual identification label when recognition of the problem of low efficiency,the Aloha anti-collision algorithm is improved and optimized,and the optimization and improvement of all aspects of RFID technology and the production of pig products closely,the production of products for chain tailored hardware and network and software system precise positioning,one of pork products,and product quality and safety traceability query.The system preliminarily introduces the information technology of IOT in the process of pork production,and realizes the positioning of the product,and accumulates the traceable production data.The research and design of this system can realize tracing and tracing information in every link of pig production process,making pork transparent in production process,ensuring consumers' right to know and promoting the development of the whole pig industry.At the same time,if the content of this study extends to other food industries,it will greatly improve our current food problems and protect consumers' vital interests.
