At present,China's air pollution types are more complex,and the wide range of air flow makes the local air quality not only affected by local pollution emissions,but also affected by other surrounding areas.Based on this,this paper takes Shandong Province as the research object,through the analysis of Shandong province atmospheric environmental conditions,topography,climate statistical characteristics,Simulation of atmospheric flow and cluster of airflow trajectory and concluded that the regional control unit of joint control defense of air pollution in Shandong province.The main conclusions are as follows:The concentration of SO2,inhalable particulate matter(PM10)and fine particulate matter(PM2.5)in Shandong province are in the forefront of the country,and the concentration of gaseous pollutants is declining year by year.The highest concentration is in the South and south of Shandong Province,the lowest in the peninsula area,the highest concentration in the northwest of Shandong,the lowest in the vicinity of Weihai,except for the U shape of ozone all the year round,and the other pollutants are all Low winter high in summer.The division of regional unit of joint control of air defense in Shandong can be divided into three stages:A cascade control area unit is the whole area of Shandong province.Shandong province live in enclosed areas composed of Yanshan,Taihang Mountain,the Dabie Mountains,during the heavy pollution area maintained for a long time,forming a large area of mixed sources,influence range vary with the influence of the southwest,northeast and southeast by the wind,the province's pollution showed integration.Therefore,all the districts in Shandong can be used as the first level joint defense joint control regional unit.The two cascade control area unit is the peninsula area and the Western 14 cities.In most weather conditions,Shandong can be divided into two regional units,which are the Jiaodong Peninsula and the other 14 cities.The Jiaodong Peninsula,smoke,Wei Qing three sides,to South and north wind dominated mainly by the maritime airstream strong.The other cities in the west of the peninsula have a relatively large impact on each other.Three cascade control unit can be divided into four control units:I,II,Shandong Peninsula region,northwest region,Shandong mountain and South region of North Shandong area IV.Peninsula peninsula north and South China Sea in summer and winter are affected by ocean airstream;Luxi,northwest area is located in Taihang Mountain and in the mountains to the West and northwest,North and south,northeast southwest offset to the airstream;and to the south of Luzhong mountain area mainly affected by southeast airstream,Lu Zhongshan District to the south,the mountain was affected by partial airflow the east-west direction,Western Weifang,southern Zibo,a small part of a north-south flow;Shandong north region,east of Jiaodong,west of the hilly mountain area of Shandong Province,Northwest/southeast to the main stream.In the control strategy,Shandong province is affected by the western wind belt in general,and the frequency of Eastern Shandong is greater than that of the eastern part of the east of Shandong.In addition,the western and northwest regions are affected by the unfavorable terrain conditions in Taihang Mountain and the external pollution transmission in Hebei and Henan.The pollution is relatively serious.The western and northwest regions can be used as the key areas for prevention and control.
