Mine safety problem has been perplexing the development of mining enterprises,the safety problem of personnel and equipment is the most prominent among them.This thesis analyzed the importance of the safety of personnel and equipment,combined with the development of mine safety and the development of radio frequency identification technology,and illustrated the research background and significance of the project.Set the design goal in accordance with requirements,this thesis proposed a solution to realize the regional monitoring and management of personnel and equipment with portable radio frequency card and fixed area reader,using the 433 MHZ active Radio Frequency Identification(RFID),Controller Area Network(CAN)communication technologies.Completed the selection of the equipment.The hardware design includes two parts,the card reader and the radio frequency card.The design of card reader contains minimum system,CAN drive circuit,storage circuit,serial interface circuit,radio frequency communication circuit,and so on.The design of radio frequency card contains minimum system,voice remind circuit,buttons and display circuit,radio frequency communication circuit,and so on.Designed the schematic and printed circuit board of card reader and radio frequency card.The software design includes three parts:card reader,radio frequency card,networking communication and system security function.The design of the card reader includes the design of the storage program for recording personnel’s reports or emergency evacuations,the design of real-time clock program for obtaining the time of recorded events.The design of the radio frequency card includes the voice program design of checking emergency evacuation and other instructions through voice reminder,and the display program design of informing people of emergency through the display screen.Network communication includes the design of radio frequency communication,the design of CAN communication,the design of conflict avoidance scheme,and so on.In the design of conflict avoidance scheme,use the channel competition and binary avoidance mechanism to avoid the possible data conflicts when multiple radio frequency cards send the information of personnel or devices to the card reader.In order to solve the hidden terminal problem when multiple readers send data to radio frequency card,chose the short data package way to avoid conflict.Design an upper machine for system function test.The design of safety functions of the radio frequency card communication system includes personnel equipment monitoring,emergency evacuation and the report of personnel accident,formulated the corresponding communication process and data transmission format.Built the test platform of radio frequency card communication system and tested the communication function and safety function.The test platform includes radio frequency card,card reader,upper machine,simulator and so on.The communication function test includes radio frequency communication test,CAN communication test,and performance reliability test,which includes single point communication test and collision avoidance test.The safety function test includes personnel monitoring test,personnel scheduling test,work report test.By testing,the design and development of radio frequency card communication system is stable,realized the communication function and safety function.
