Restricted by the particular coal mine work environment, the localization question of theminers and the non-barrier transportation question of the tramcars are always the difficultproblems which puzzle the coal mine safety production and the management. In order to meetthe request of the coal mine safety production, linked to the reality of the coal mineproduction, the paper develops a monitor and management system of the moving targets inmine based on the RFID technology from the project application angle, this system had themerit of stable performance,high recognition rate, low error rate, convenient use, and lowcost, which had the important significance of the reality for coal mine safety production.First the paper summarizes the present situation of the domestic and foreigndevelopment, elaborates the general ways of monitoring the moving targets in mine, bycomparison and analysis, and proposes to use the RFID technology for monitoring, certainlycannot neglect other ways of monitoring, because any way of monitoring always has the bestapplication environment under specific condition. Second the paper designs the product anddevelops the software management system from the aspect of hardware and software, thehardware design includes radio frequency cards, readers, communication lines, alarm sets,explosion-proof power and so on, there has studied 6 kinds of communication ways whichare commonly used in mine, instead of selecting one fixed way(such as the CAN bus), thisdoes not simply enumerate and stack knowledge, because each communication all has itsown merit, which would make the system more adaptable from the cost angle, the reliableangle, the communication distance, the data capability, the compatible performance, theextension and contractility of the system. On side of the software, the paper develops the software management system on the industrial control computer by VC++, develops thedatabase by SQL, releases and shares the ASP webs in the B/S pattern; Uses the KeilClanguage to design the control procedure of the radio frequency cards, of which themicrocontroller is the inexpensive 89C2051 or compatible processor; Uses the ADS1.2 todesign the control procedure of the readers, of which the microcontroller is the ARMmicroprocessor LPC2129 with the reliable performance, the formidable function, and thewidespread application. At last the paper elaborates the anti-jamming of the PCB and thealgorithm.The basic jumping-off place of this paper is to transform the theory into production,therefore the foundation work in the earlier period are quite much, moreover this papercovers too much knowledge, which is impossible to finish all of the work in the 3 years'graduate student time, so some content will be left for further research in my doctor time.This system can be widely applied into the domain of coal mine, road, railroad,transportation, metallurgy and so on, with the amplitude application prospect and the goodsocial benefit. |
