| Equipment remote monitoring system is a modern high-tech means of supporting mine safety and intensive and efficient production, that is to say, it adopted advanced network technology, automatic control technology, communication technology, computer technology, and builded reliable automation control network platform so that realized maximum information sharing and improved the operation efficiency of the equipment, safety and effectiveness as well as realized remote centralized monitoring of equipment. Mines data communication system has developed under the background of digital mine construction demand. The establishment of data communication system has not only important significance of equipment remote monitoring in mine and green mines as well as construction of digital mine.There are a lot of specializations within data communication system in mines. In order to do a thorough research in some correlative fields, mining knowledge or technical background are must, and industrial data communication knowledge and computer network infrastructure are needed. In the process of transforming, this paper has been worked in the following respects via using a large number of references. Firstly, we focus on the overall structure of the mine data communication system by analyzing requirements of mine data communication system and relevant knowledge of industrial data communication technology; Secondly, we study optical fiber communication technology based on optical fiber cable communication realizing the design downhole data communication system; Thirdly, we research wireless communication technology,especially the construction of multi-point cross communication system in the environmental of transmission barriers, and further study construct the data communication system in the condition of the mine surface complex appearance; Fourthly, we provide technical support for centralized control of mine equipment by combining underground and surface data communication system with building three-dimensional data communication network.This article mainly expounds working principle, working mode, network topology, data transmission security, optical fiber cable communication technology, electromagnetic wave wireless communication technology of the data communication technology. Meanwhile, this article investigate the wireless bridge and wireless data transmission radio communication technology and design the atypical pumping station of data communication system by using the cross combination;Based on underground data communication network and wireless communication technology of optical fiber communication, we effectively construct mines stereo data communication system. Therefore, the system has many advantages; and it will be an important direction for the development of the integrated three-dimensional data communication technology of the mine pit.Finally, this article takes a pit mining of metal mines set control project as an example, and gives a full explanation in the application of above research.
