Oil and gas Wells hydraulic fracturing is the main means to oilfield development and production.In order to overcome the defect of preparing well fracturing fluid in the workshop in advance and shipping to the operating well site,the research and application of real-time fracturing fluid assembly have been carried out on the spot.Currently all the live dosing pump dispensing system is achieved by metering pump,while it has some shortcomings such as its complex power and control equipment system,high cost of equipment manufacturing,the difficult adjustment of dosage.Aiming at these problems,a mixed device equipment of adopting multistage jet pump series and dosing pump suction fluid is designed,relating project and working theory are also built.Overall scheme design of correlation suction fluid mixed device has been carried out,with the equipment design of multilevel series jet pump and powder screw conveyor.Some of the other main equipment selections have also been analyzed.The structure design of multistage series jet pump which mix with equipment has been included in this paper.A shot suction mixed flow within the device parameters calculation model has been set up while the theory of multistage series jet pump to mix with additive diffusion has been analyzed.According to the analysis and calculation,the main parameters of the device and the rules of multistage series jet pump inhalation and flow matching have been determined as well.Using Fluent fluid analysis software,the flow field for the multistage mixed device structure of single-stage and multi-stage tandem structure have been simulated respectively,each flow parameter of the multistage mixed device in the turbulent mixing rule of the internal has also been analyzed while the in normal work pressure value of each position has been found out.The project design of correlation suction fluid mixed unit dosage automatic adjustment system has been carried out in this paper,the structure and function of the control system have been analyzed,including the mixed process,the overall scheme design,hardware selection,etc.The investigation results we present in this paper have consult value for the design of device for mixing fracturing fluid.
