| Experimental research on oil-film bearing is an important way to validate oil-film lubrication theory and bearing research, researchers had made some work on measurement of many parameters, such as oil film pressure, temperature, power consumption, flow, stiffness, damping, boundary condition in the past, it supplied adequate foundation for industry design and theory analysis. But most test rigs were run under constant parameter conditions, it could not embody the different parameters'contribution to bearing operation, and most test rigs could not implement under high speed and heavy load, it could not simulate rolling work condition, so the above work has some certain limitations. The rolling engineering center established a new oil-film bearing test rig to develop experimental research of oil film bearing, it is a important guarantee for researching oil film bearing.The thesis'goal uses computer technology, information processing technology, sensor technology and testing technology to develop a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system of oil-film bearing test rig which can meet experimental research request, the system completes real-time work condition supervisory control of oil-film bearing test rig, at the same time it can measure pressure and temperature of oil film. Though the investigating and consulting partial literature, author has proposed design scheme of SCADA, discussed the function, hardware and software of the system.The system implements speed regulating of DC motor by DC speed regulating device, it can set different speed of roll; it controls proportional value gap, then control load pressure by controlling output flow; it controls the temperature of hydraulic station, thin oil station and lubricating station, heater starts automatically when oil temperature is lower, system alarms when temperature is lower or higher; it controls the liquid level of hydraulic station, thin oil station and lubricating station, the system alarms when the level is lower or higher; in addition, the system implements the function of data acquiring, it collects parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow of hydraulic station, thin oil station, lubricating station and the bearing when PLC is running. The system can supervisory control on-line by supervisory computer which installed WinCC software, it can monitor work condition of thin oil station, lubricating station and the bearing real time, save data collected by PLC, the data can be inquired, record the alarms of oil temperature and liquid level.After installation and debug, the test results show that the construction of the system hardware is reasonable, it can implement supervisory control real time, data acquiring is reliable and stable, the system can meet the requirements of anticipated design, it is certain practical meaningful to develop oil-film bearing research, specially to confirm the fundamental research of oil-film bearing. |
