Xinjiang oilfield pipeline construction is long.In the process of putting into operation,the continuous transformation,the connection of the pump station is complex,it is difficult to develop a reasonable operating plan.In addition,most of the crude oil in Xinjiang oilfield production are low pour point,high viscosity crude oil,for the sake of safety,the heating temperature is often high,resulting in high energy consumption of pipeline operation,the cost is too large.And into the middle and late mining,the pipeline will often appear in the state of low throughput,so they need to take the way of intermittent transmission of oil,there is a great difference in the time to stop the transmission of energy consumption.Therefore,in order to reduce the energy consumption and reduce the operation cost,it is necessary to optimize the pipeline in Xinjiang oil field.Conducted a survey on Xinjiang oilfield pipeline process,the operation mode,the energy consumption of equipment and operating parameters.Collected data,including the design parameters of the pipeline,the production and operation records,the physical parameters of crude oil and the surrounding environment parameters,establish the database of crude oil pipeline.According to the characteristics of Xinjiang crude oil pipeline process,took the minimum cost of production energy consumption as the objective function,the station pump combination way,station stop temperature independent variables as the design variables of the model,the oil temperature,pumping pressure,pump power and the heat load of the heating furnace,hydraulic and thermodynamic conditions,stop transportation time,unit time throughput,the end of the pipeline temperature after stop transmission time t as the constraints of the model,established continuous conveyor and intermittent operation optimization mathematical model crude oil pipeline.Then analyze the hydraulic and thermal calculation method.According to the characteristics of the model,use the Tabu Search method to solve the mathematical model.On the basis of theoretical analysis,with the language of C#,develop the Xinjiang oil field pipeline operation optimization software.Use the software to optimize three pipelines of Xinjiang Oilfield,obtain the corresponding optimization scheme,compare with the current transportation plan.
