As the international situation becomes increasingly tense,international trade is blocked,and there is a shortage of crude oil supply,the lack of a certain crude oil may cause serious consequences such as the shutdown of refineries.It is of great significance to study how to replace the missing crude oil by mixing crude oil for the production stability of the domestic crude oil industry.In addition to the blocked supply of raw materials,the introduction of advanced production technology is also difficult.Atmospheric and vacuum distillation is the first step in the production of crude oil products,and it is also one of the most important steps,which is what we usually call crude oil cutting.At present,the domestic crude oil cutting application system mainly relies on imported technology,including H/CAMS,Spiral Crude cutting application software and Chevron,BP crude oil database,etc.The uncertainty and insecurity of technology introduction accompanied by international disputes.In addition,there are many factors such as the difference between my country’s crude oil processing technology and foreign countries,and the increasing personalized needs of domestic refineries.It is more and more important to create an independent crude oil cutting application software that can meet the needs of different users.Therefore,the main content of this article is as follows:(1)To cope with the uncertainty of crude oil supply,improve supply risk resistance and purchase bargaining power,refineries need to obtain crude oil with a specific distillation curve through crude oil mixing to stabilize production.A multi-objective optimization model is established with the goal of the lowest and lowest inventory cost,and the Pareto frontier is obtained through comparative experiments with multi-objective optimization algorithms such as NSGA-III,MODEA,MOPSO,etc.,which provides a better reference plan for refineries to substitute mixed crude oil for target crude oil..(2)This paper will design and develop a web version of crude oil cutting application software based on crude oil detailed evaluation data.Relying on the most popular micro-service framework,this software integrates many functions such as user management,authorization verification,data maintenance,crude oil selection,cutting scheme setting,fraction temperature checking,and output scheme selection.At the same time,the database information sharing is realized,which provides automatic data support for the crude oil atmospheric and vacuum distillation stage of the refinery.
