| Hot rolling process is the main process in the production process of iron and steel products.With the introduction of the concept of "industry 4.0" in Germany,the demand of manufacturing enterprises for iron and steel products gradually presents the trend of multi-variety,small-batch and personalized,which makes the contradiction between customer demand and large-scale and large-batch production mode of iron and steel enterprises more prominent,and brings great difficulties to the production organization of iron and steel enterprises.The quality of hot rolling plan is directly related to the production efficiency and cost of the enterprise.However,in the actual production of iron and steel enterprises,hot rolling plan is still based on human-machine interaction interface,which leads to high labor intensity,low planning efficiency and unstable planning quality of the planner.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the optimization method of hot rolling plan and develops the system based on the proposed optimization method.The main work is as follows:(1)Summarized the domestic and foreign research progress on hot rolling planning,conducted field investigation in a domestic iron and steel enterprise to understand the hot rolling production process and constraints of iron and steel enterprises,and collected data as the basis of this study.(2)According to the actual production of the hot rolling plan process and constraint condition,this paper establishes mathematical model based on prize-collecting vehicle routing problem,and based on the experience of the planner knowledge,this paper designs the heuristic algorithm to solve the model,using the actual data to test.The experimental results show that the heuristic algorithm is designed in this paper could be obtained is superior to the planner of hot rolling plan.(3)On the basis of heuristic algorithm,variable neighborhood search algorithm and tabu search algorithm are studied,neighborhood structure and tabu table are designed according to the characteristics of the problem,and a variable neighborhood tabu search hybrid algorithm is designed for hot rolling planning problem.Experimental results show that the algorithm can obtain the near optimal solution of large-scale problems.(4)Based on the above algorithm,a hot rolling plan optimization system is developed.The system mainly includes data maintenance,hot rolling plan optimization,result query and log query,etc.The system has been tested in field production line with good results.The research results of this paper are of certain significance to the production of iron and steel enterprises or the study of theoretical methods. |
