Optimal sequencing is an important field of operations research because it has both theoretical and practical aspects.Obviously,a better polynomial algorithm is ideal for practical applications,since most real-world sorting problems are of large scale,and because of this,practitioners tend to prefer fairly simple sorting algorithms,however,the improved sorting may be far from optimal decisions.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the fiber product market has become very competitive,so the quality and performance of polyester products have been put forward high requirements.Dacron fiber production enterprises are facing the challenge of readjusting product structure.Polyester fiber production show that the small batch and many varieties,continuity,but also many times to replace the product type,complex production process,process tedious,adopts the large-scale continuous production method can obtain a higher level of automation,in the actual production,need mechanical equipment coordination,loss to more spare parts,equipment wastage is big,obvious optimization problem.The production of fiber products has been transformed from a single variety of mass production to a multi-category,multi-interval small-scale production mode.The switch of various types of products is bound to bring heavy pressure to the conversion of storage and preparation process,which requires enterprises to optimize their own cost control and scheduling mode,so as not to be eliminated by the market in the white-hot price war.Therefore,in this case,enterprises should reasonably arrange the sequence of production of each product to avoid the cost of switching product input,reduce the cost of non-periodic replacement of spinning components,and reduce the cost of renting space for preservation of products.Therefore,it is necessary to reasonably plan and arrange the production sequence of polyester fiber products.The production sequencing problem of polyester fiber has a very high research value.In this paper,according to the characteristics of technological process and technical characteristics,the product sequencing problem existing in the production process of polyester fiber direct spinning is regarded as NP-hard problem,which is studied in this paper.In this paper,based on the status quo of industrial production of enterprises,combined with the background of this topic,mixed integer linear programming(MILP)was created,and Taboo Search(TS)was improved,which was combined with Harmony Search(HS)algorithm to get a hybrid algorithm.It gives full play to the good performance advantage of harmony search in global search and solves the problem that tabu search depends too much on the choice of initial solution.The mathematical model established in this paper and the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid intelligent algorithm have been proved by many experimental results.Finally,based on the tabu search algorithm and harmony algorithm to optimize the production ranking,a polyester fiber production ranking system is designed and developed,and the production process of the enterprise is more standardized data management,manual control scheduling,algorithm optimization control ranking and parameter setting,etc.The process of production sequencing management is optimized,and the production efficiency and product income of enterprises are effectively improved.
