In open pit mining, the cost of ore transportation occupies a large proportion in the cost of mining, especially with the deepening of open-pit mining depth, this characteristic is particularly obvious. Therefore,it is very important to choose efficient and low-cost ore transportation mode. The main factors affecting the choice of open-pit mining development and transportation modes include :Step height, transportation distance,non-working time, infrastructure equipment, system production management, etc.Taking the present situation of the transportation system in K opening pit mine as the engineering background, this paper lists four kinds of semi-continuous development and transportation schemes for ore transportation in combination with the actual production of the mine,on the basis of analyzing the existing problems in the development of the transportation system. They are:1)Fixed crushing station outside the field;2)Semi-mobile crushing station + surface belt scheme;3)Semi-mobile crushing station + underground inclined well belt scheme;4)drop shaft+ underground crushing station,In order to solve the transportation problem of large-scale equipment, two sub-schemes are derived from this scheme, they are:(1)The return air system acts as a large-scale passageway;(2)The trackless ramp serves as both a large-scale road.In view of the four semi-continuous development transportation schemes proposed, this paper carries out a series of analysis and research to determine the final scheme. The main contents of the study include:1)Using multi-objective fuzzy decision-making method and technical and economic analysis.Firstly, the traditional technoeconomic analysis method is used to establish the techno-economic analysis model, the investment, cost and benefit of each scheme are synthesized, and each scheme is evaluated separately, and the optimal scheme is determined by NPV.2)The data model is established by multi-objective fuzzy decisionmaking method combined with various technical schemes, various indicators affecting the decision-making of the scheme are obtained by simulating the transportation process, such as: investment, crushing station relocation, distance, crushing, transportation mode, environment, management, etc. The calculation method of multi-objective fuzzy decision analysis is used to determine the optimal scheme.3)Compares the multi-objective fuzzy decision-making method with the traditional techno-economic analysis method, analyses its advantages and disadvantages, and explores the application of "multiobjective fuzzy decision-making method" in engineering design.4)Finally,the optimal open-up transportation scheme is determined by the calculation and techno-economic analysis above.Through the analysis process above,at last, the 4-2 scheme is the optimal one for ore transportation in mines.
