Related to the theory of fuzzy structured element as tool, the paper studies the fuzzy tran-sportation problem with fuzzy parameters, It is mainly on research of the establishment of the model, the method and process of the solution and the path selection of multi-path fuzzy transportation problem.Applying the fuzzy structured element method, introduces the concept of the structured element weighted Eigen values of fuzzy numbers, And then, transformed the fuzzy transportation model with target function and constraint conditions of triangle fuzzy numbers into the traditional model. The compromise feasible solution of model can be found out by a fuzzy programming arithmetic which is based on a membership function of the objective function, And this method is applied to the fuzzy transportation problem, which effectively simplifies the complexity of the solution process.Study on the fuzzy multi-attribute decision making problems that alternative attribute value and weights are triangle fuzzy numbers, Get a fuzzy VIKOR method of the structure element, Using the structured element weighted Eigen values of fuzzy numbers, the triangular fuzzy number decision matrix is transformed into real matrix, the optimal solution of the multi-attribute decision making can be obtained through sort analysis. Applying fuzzy VIKOR method of the structure element to the path selection of fuzzy transportation, Making the best path is reasonably accurate of the multi-path fuzzy transportation.
