Type-2 fuzzy set which is an extension set of fuzzy set can express uncertain information more effectively.In order to adapt to the increasingly complex decision-making environment,many type-2 fuzzy sets and their extensions have been proposed.But the research on type-2 fuzzy sets is still limited,which leads to the lack of full realization of the advantages of type-2 fuzzy sets.In order to further reflect the advantages of type-2 fuzzy sets,adapt to the increasingly complex decision-making environment,and make the evaluation process and evaluation indicators more accurate and reasonable,it is necessary to carry out further research on type-2 fuzzy sets and their extension.In this paper,the related problems of type-2 fuzzy sets are studied,mainly including type-2 fuzzy sets and their extended fuzzy sets,their properties and operations,and several multi-attribute decision-making methods under uncertain information.The primary research work is as follows:The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this paper,and introduces the research status of fuzzy sets and type-2 fuzzy sets,and summarizes the research work and main innovations of this paper.In chapter two,the correlation coefficient,weighted correlation coefficient and clustering method of type-2 fuzzy sets are proposed by using information energy formula.Finally,the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by two examples.In the third chapter,combining trapezoid intuitionistic fuzzy number and type-2 intuitionistic fuzzy number,trapezoid type-2 intuitionistic fuzzy number is put forward,and its relevant operation is given.The Hausdorff distance formula is used to measure the distance between two trapezoid type-2 intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.The multi-attribute decision-making problem of trapezoid type-2 intuitionistic fuzzy number is solved by using the method of grey relation bidirectional projection.The effectiveness of this method is illustrated by an example.In the fourth chapter,we propose the probability interval type-2 hesitant fuzzy set,and give its algorithm,aggregation operator and a possibility degree formula for the comparison between two probability interval type-2 hesitation fuzzy sets.Finally,it is applied to the practical application of service evaluation to prove the reliability of the method.
