The concept of interval intuitionistic fuzzy set was introduced by A tanassov in1989, which takes the information of membership and non-membership into consideration, therefore more choices were provided when describing the attribute of an object and stronger expressive ability were supplied when processing the uncertainty information. It gains extensive attention from the circles of academic and engineering and technology. This dissertation studies the problems of multi-attribute fuzzy decision-making by means of interval intuitionistic fuzzy sets and acquires a number of innovation and promotion in the interval intuitionistic fuzzy number ranking, determining the attribute weighs and decision-making methods.The main results obtained in this dissertation can be summarized as follows:1. Not only the concept of interval intuitionistic fuzzy sets and relevant research were introduced , but also the current interval intuitionistic fuzzy decision-making methods were summarized.2.With regard to the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems, in which the information about attribute weights are unknown completely, two weighting methods are proposed, which are based on the maximal deviation and entropy weight . And the more rational weight values are compute, and then more reasonable attribute weights are obtained.3.This paper extends the gray correlation analysis method to multi-attribute decision-making domains based on Interval-valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets, and then proposes the concept of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy gray relational degree. Afterwards, the maximum correlation method based on positive ideal solution and the minimum correlation method based on negative ideal solution are put forward, as well as the integrated correlation methods considering both the positive and negative ideal solution. At last, these three methods are applied to the supplier selection of supply chain management.4. the shortage of existing ranking method for Interval-valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Number is pointed out, and then, through the introduction of indicator of decision-makers mentality, a new ranking method for Interval-valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Number based on mentality function is presented. Not only that, the paper also proves the nature of mentality function and finally constructs the decision-making model based on the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets...
