With the rapid development of modern economy and the rapid improvement of productivity,the business environment faced by enterprises is becoming more and more complex,and the important position of human resources management in the production and operation of enterprises has gradually emerged.As a large-scale resource mining enterprise,JT company is influenced by the company system and Chinese traditional management.The traditional and simple performance appraisal for employees can no longer meet the requirements of current human resources management work.The optimization design of performance appraisal system has become an important development task of this old-brand gold enterprise.The construction and the consummation of human resources management system has become extremely essential and urgentIn this paper,combined with the current management practice of JT Company,using the comprehensive utilization of the relevant theories of performance management,adoptting target management and 360 degree comprehensive performance appraisal method,the author makes a detailed and profound study on the performance appraisal system of front-line employees of JT Company.Through filling the questionnaires and statistical analysis,find out the existing problems and shortcomings,also do deep analysis and research of the causes of these problem.Based on JT company's current personnel structure and personnel composition,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the work of front-line employees in the enterprise,determines the direction of improvement of front-line employees' performance appraisal work.And then puts forward the improvement strategy of front-line employees' performance appraisal system according to the enterprise's development strategy and relevant performance appraisal theory knowledge,which is related to the application of performance appraisal results,such as post adjustment,salary adjustment,training plan adjustment and so on.This paper also clarifies the safeguards needed in the implementation of the performance appraisal system to ensure the successful implementation of JT's performance appraisal improvement program.In the optimization design of performance appraisal system for front-line employees of JT Company,the assessment content of employees' working attitude and working ability is added,which can produce positive incentive effect on employees' work to a certain extent,promote employees to work consciously and continuously improve their personal performance,and also help to improve the overall operating performance of the company and promote the development of the enterprise.In addition,the optimization design of JT company's performance appraisal system can take some reference significance for providing optimization suggestions for other enterprises in the same industry or other similar enterprises.
