Research On Classification Protection And Management Of National-level Scenic Spots Based On Remote Sensing Images

Under the background of rapid economic development,industrialization and urbanization,scenic spots are experiencing double tests of protection and development.With the development of society,our citizens can realize the importance of green water and mountains.In order to effectively protect and reasonably utilize the national scenic spots,aiming at the problems in the protection and utilization of scenic spots over the years,this paper aims to analyze and obtain the problems existing in the construction and management of the scenic spots protection in China over the past 30 years,study the problems in the construction projects and construction management,take this as a lesson,and put forward targeted suggestions in combination with the adjustment of the management system and mechanism,hoping to gain some benefits for the subsequent management at all levels.Based on the analysis of remote sensing image data,the boundary and relevant data of various construction projects in scenic spots are identified and extracted to provide conditions for subsequent research.Compared with historical data,current situation and overall planning of scenic spots,analysis and comparison are made to screen illegal construction projects and study the causes and effects of illegal construction.The typical illegal spots are taken as samples to analyze the problems and deficiencies in the construction and management of scenic spots in different periods.Through investigation and interviews,we will strive to form opinions and suggestions to solve the problems.The study found that in the management of national scenic spots,there are the following problems: the powers of the management agencies do not match;Poor planning and management of scenic spots;There are problems in all aspects of the examination and approval of construction projects in scenic spots.There is no sufficient management basis for illegal construction management,and there is often great resistance when demolishing within a time limit.At the same time,the research proves that it is more difficult to manage scenic spots across administrative boundaries.The daily management and coordination of scenic spots are difficult because they are managed by multiple administrative regions or the administrative agencies dispatched by the government are of low level.Problems such as long approval time and lack of foresight and foresight in planning make the protection and utilization of scenic spots unable to link up with the surrounding planning and construction.In addition,blindly protecting scenic spots and places of interest without considering the situation and making effective use of them will eventually run counter to the development demands of some villages and towns and may lead to more illegal construction.Based on this,the study believes that in the management of scenic spots,the management organization and its authority should be clearly defined so as to effectively play the role of the management organization.In the planning,protection and utilization of scenic spots,the planning flexibility should be enhanced while the protection bottom line is drawn,the coordination between scenic spots and their surroundings and the possibility of future development and utilization should be improved,so that scenic spots can better adapt to the needs of urban development,thus becoming a real bonus for the city.
