Under the background of Internet +,the rapid development of digital technology,the way people learn and change happened.Enterprise staff training system is presented in this paper,under the guidance of the theory of adult learning,using interview method,questionnaire method,observation method,etc.,the company S deep understanding of the current work management of training,training problems and reasons existing in the management of mining,make online mobile learning resources and the traditional training depth fusion,form the Internet + training management system.S company since it was founded in 2012,has not established a complete training management system,and result in training management failed to get the attention of the hr department and department of choose and employ persons and input,single training form,training effect are unable to get approval.The author through the training needs analysis,determine the key training objects and training contents,combine its own advantage of mobile learning platform,build the system of training management system.To achieve rapid development of enterprise strategic target,to solve the above problems,the author chose to quickly build a training management system countermeasures,countermeasures includes three key points: one is on the construction of the learning platform cleverly borrowed from the company S products "institute of handheld mobile learning platform" course and function to achieve the purpose of rapid fall to the ground,at the same time for new employees and employees to build two sets of training system,will help to clear the division of the hr department and department of choose and employ persons;Second,the innovation to promote sharing mechanism for the employees,establish internal and external force trainer team,premium content uploaded display and promotion platform,improving learning experience;Three is on the control platform construction,pay attention to training effectiveness evaluation system is built and the result feedback and focus on the evaluation of learning layer,behavior layer,implement and evaluate the results of feedback.In order to guarantee the running effect of the training management system,proposed four countermeasures of internal and external drives,including intensive training demand analysis system,make the training management of both organization and individual development needs;Establish appropriate performance appraisal mechanism,cultivate the consciousness of lifelong learning staff and strengthen the function of mobile learning platform.In S company training management system effective operation at the same time,also help the staff to stand in the perspective of the customer experience,product application effect in each scenario,fully dig the potential demand of customers and users to speed up the iterative update,to provide customers with more quality products and service,help customer enterprise training management system constantly improve,eventually to promote the enterprise benefits of the S company.
