With the globalization of economy,enterprises not only face the domestic pressure,but also have to accept the competition of foreign investors.At the same time,the division of labor between industries is becoming more and more thin,and now the market competition has been transformed from the competition among individual enterprises to the competition among supply chains.Under such competition,modern enterprises begin to operate and manage the enterprise with the idea of supply chain management to ensure the survival and development of the enterprise.And suppliers as the main factors affecting the quality of enterprise products,but also the source of enterprise supply chain,to a large extent,determines the quality and competitiveness of the whole supply chain.Therefore,how the idea of supply chain management,search and development for the development of enterprises and suppliers,and establish friendly long-term relationship and stable development,thus forming a enterprise as the core of the supply chain has become an important issue for many enterprises research and discussion.This paper uses D Electronic Technology Co.Ltd.(D company)as the research object,by referring to domestic and foreign scholars in supplier development and management research,and combined with the characteristics of electronic manufacturing industry preliminary screened 8 factors of supplier development: procurement costs,corporate reputation,financial status,delivery and service capacity,production capacity,product innovation,product quality.Then through the expert scoring method selected five factors from eight factors for D company,so the supplier development index are : procurement cost,delivery capacity,service capacity,production capacity and product quality.After that use the analytic hierarchy to process the D company supplier evaluation index system which is contains 5 first level indexes and 20 second level indexes.In addition,it also combined with D company's current status in supplier development,points out the existing process and evaluation method of the supplier development problems,through the introduction of scientific and unified evaluation index in the process to regulate the whole process,and should evaluate the choice rather than simply according to the purchasing cost comparison method to choose the suppliers.In order to improve the evaluation index system,the paper also develops the corresponding scoring rules provide the basis for the implementation of the specific operation,and finally puts forward the evaluation,for D company in the actual operation of the evaluation index system on the basis of the.
