China is implementing Strategic planning of “the The Belt and Road Initiative" and "Plan in 13 th Five-Year".Tourism is needed to promote the development of service-oriented economy,in which travel agencies play the role of tourism masters.Besides the tour guides,the core components of the travel agencies also include the role of transfer,sales manager,director and so on.The research of job burnout is the basic research perspective which combines management and psychology,and has theoretical significance and practical significance for the management of travel agencies.This paper,based on the study of job burnout of travel agents,takes Z travel agency as the empirical object and conducts an empirical study of job burnout in the company.First of all,the literature method is used to summarize and analyze the concept of job burnout,measurement method and basic theory,and then summarize the theories of tourism related job burnout.Then,the author used the interview method to investigate the performance of job burnout in the current situation of the company,and used the questionnaire to obtain the relevant influencing factors of job burnout,and analyzed the causes with data analysis.This paper analyzes the causes and proposes corresponding countermeasures according to the conclusion,from the perspective of individuals,enterprises and society.At last,the paper concludes the shortcomings of this paper,and puts forward some aspects that should be improved in the future.This article through the investigation of Z travel agency professionals,found that the performance of the job burnout feeling strong,and then research work expectations,related factors such as work stress,job satisfaction and job burnout feeling,the relationship between the proposed the specific solution according to the results of the study.Besides,this paper has a new perspective and chooses travel agents,while most of the researches on job burnout in tourism are conducted by tour guides.Due to the similarity of the management status of travel agencies,this paper is of reference to the managers of similar travel agencies and relevant researchers in tourism academia.
