Business Model's Innovative Research Of Apartment IOT Enterprise

The wave of business model occurred at the end of last century,with China's accession to the WTO,and then began to take the road of market economy,with the rise of the Internet economy.After the rise of the Internet,there were a lot of business models in the market,but China's economy at that time was extensive,and people's understanding of the concept of business model is not too deep.After fast economic development of 20 years of in China,especially after the economic crisis in 2008,people began to realize that the traditional business model can no longer meet the needs of enterprises.Enterprises must find a suitable,effective and successful business model to ensure their survival and development.LY founded in 2003 is a platform company with self-developed software and hardware and global operation apartment intelligent IT management system.Not only is it the earliest apartment IT operating system enterprises in China,but also the first batch of enterprises with independent intellectual property rights in the field of long-Rent apartments in China.In this paper,take the LY company as example,and use certain methods which are literature research and interview,respectively expounded the two main business model elements and smart home related technology background.Through the analysis of LY industry development background,LY company's own operation status,LY company's current problems,the paper puts forward LY company's business model innovation principles and ideas.In the LY company business model innovation strategy,this article mainly through the old business model elements of innovation,rather than the old business model of its own structure.After completing the factor innovation,the paper designs a series of measures to ensure the implementation of the new business model.This article direction is enterprise business mode diagnosis,with the innovation of the old business mode.Through this study,I hope to provide some references for the IOT companies in the apartment industry,so as to improve the service quality of the entire apartment industry.
