At present,the enterprise strategic target in China's 2025 manufacturing power plan has changed from filling the blank of domestic display manufacturing to the world class display manufacturing.JDF company(J company for short)as "China first,the world second" display panel enterprises,will be duty-bound to carry this burden.With the continuous maturity and development of the display industry,all the display companies in the world will face three challenges: the customer demands cannot be fully met,the product development cycle keeps shortening,and the profit cycle keeps shortening.However,the traditional new product development system of J company has been unable to overcome these three challenges,so it has carried out a market-oriented reform of the new product system.Taking J company as the analysis object,this paper discusses the new product development strategy,new product development process and new product development organization structure in detail and gives the optimization plan,in order to develop new products more in line with the display market.This paper first introduces the relevant theories of new product development system,including new product definition,new product development strategy,project "door path management" system,value engineering strategy,organizational structure strategy and portfolio management strategy.Then,based on the analysis of market status and trend in the display field,combined with field research and interview,the main problems existing in the new product development system of company J were proposed.In view of the problems in the new product system of company J,this paper is optimized from three aspects: in terms of new product development strategy,SWOT analysis is carried out on the development of new products of company J,and it is made clear that company J is a diversified strategic direction,and the specific implementation plan is illustrated with 7.0HD on-board products as an example.In terms of new product development process,the strategy of introducing new product development system of J company,optimizing project review process and parallel asynchronous development of mass production and technology development was adopted to successfully solve the problem of inelasticity of product development cycle of J company.As for the organizational structure of new product development,the actual situation of the strong matrix and weak matrix organizational structure in company J was analyzed,and the new product development organizational structure suitable for company J was found.Finally,the new product development system before and after the optimization of J company is compared,highlighting the practical problems solved after the optimization of the system,and introducing the results obtained after the optimization of the system.The research conclusion of J company's new product development system has important guiding significance for the optimization of r&d system of JDF group's national branches and similar enterprises.
