Study On The Supply Of Public Tourism Service In Jilin Province

Since the reform and opening-up,with the rapid development of China's productive forces,the exceptionally rapid economic growth,the continuous increase of gross national product,the continuous increase of people's disposable income,and the convenient transportation promoted by the science and technology developments.The tourism has gradually become a pervasive and popular social activity,more and more people take their leisure time to conduct tourism activities,especially in recent years,people's demands for tourism have not only satisfied with the nature of tourism,different tourism purposes have motivated more specific and personalized tourism needs,such as study tourism,sports fitness tourism,rural experience tourism,and so on.In China,the main supplying subjects of tourism products are governments.However,in the face of the diversified demands of the rapidly changing tourism market,how to improve the supply qualities and service levels have become one of the problems that the government must accelerate to solve.Jilin Province,which is an undeveloped tourism area,need to promote the reform and transformation processes of tourism industry,enhance the development efficiency of tourism economy,accommodate the development trend of modern tourism,and really improve the effective supply quality.Based on the theoretical researches and actual investigations on tourism public service supply,this paper will analyze the current situations of tourism public service supply in Jilin Province,find some existing problems,analyze the causes of these problems and propose corresponding countermeasures,to promote the quality improvements of tourism public service supply in Jilin Province.Firstly,this paper combs the current research situation of tourism public service supply at home and abroad,and according to the basic theory of public goods,public choice,new public service and supply-side reform theory.This paper explains,defines and analyzes the relevant concepts of tourism service,tourism public service,tourism supply and tourism public service supply system,meanwhile,analyzes the situation of tourism public service supply through combining the actual situation and research data of tourism resources in Jilin Province.Secondly,according to the analysis of the actual survey data and collected relevant data,it is concluded that the current tourism public service supply of Jilin Province presents a favorable trend of good traffic network coverage,continuous promotion of administrative services,gradual improvement of information platform,and continuous strengthening of security.However,we also find some problems that affect the quality of tourism public service supply in Jilin Province: the scope of transportation network is small;the administrative services have poor scientific supervision and management;the form of information consulting services is relatively single;the cooperation of tourism security among various departments is insufficient;the form of facilitating and benefiting the people is old.Based on the found problems,their causes are analyzed and the enlightenments from excellent models at home and abroad are given.The countermeasures are taken as follows: Firstly,facing the market and increasing the supply subject;Secondly,optimizing the supply structure and building a service-oriented government;Thirdly,actively innovating and providing the diversified products of tourism public relation service;Fourthly,perfecting the relevant laws and regulations,strengthening control and supervision.Finally,this paper analyzes the tourism resources and public service supply in Jilin Province,which can provide useful reference for the studies of tourism public service supply in Jilin Province and the promotions of tourism supply-side reform.As the innovation of this paper,this paper take the Jilin Province as an example,giving full play to the relevant public service theory on the practical application of tourism in Jilin Province,combining theory and practice,pointing out the problems of tourism public service supply in Jilin Province,and giving relevant solutions.
