T City,supply and marketing cooperatives owned enterprises is a large-scale group enterprises,this paper studies T City,supply and marketing cooperatives owned enterprises at present development strategy,analysis of the current implementation of enterprise salary system,deep research in T city supply and marketing cooperative enterprises in terms of remuneration and by means of the theory of compensation,demonstration enterprise salary management necessity and optimized design of salary to the strategic development of enterprises of great significance [1],and then use the related theory,optimizing the T City,supply and marketing cooperatives enterprise salary system.The framework of this thesis is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,the introduction part describes the background and the significance of the thesis,and also introduces the research ideas and the framework of the thesis.The second chapter focuses on the relevant theory,the theory of domestic and foreign scholars of the recent theory and the point of view of a more detailed introduction.Therefore this chapter provides an important theoretical basis for the optimization design of the salary system of T city.In the third chapter,a detailed analysis is made on the current situation of the compensation of the supply and marketing cooperatives in T city.Including the history of T city supply and marketing cooperatives,the current organizational structure,personnel,management status and the current implementation of the pay system.According to the employee satisfaction survey and the results of the current salary system for data analysis,to find out the existing problems of the enterprise.In the fourth chapter,according to the relevant theory,the study of the T City,the supply and marketing cooperatives pay system to re optimize the design.Design focus for the pay level design and salary structure design,the purpose is to further optimize.In the fifth chapter,the study on the effect of the compensation system is carried out in the enterprise,focusing on the perfect combination of theory and practice in the implementation of the theory and practice.The sixth chapter is the final conclusion of the thesis.
