With the further development of economic globalization,competition among industries has intensified.Talent has become the primary resource for enterprises to cope with fierce competition and achieve the strategic goals and sustainable development of enterprises.The financial industry is an important industry in China's economic development,the banking industry is the lifeblood of the development of the financial industry,and the city commercial bank is an important force in the development of China's banking industry.In recent years,with the support of the state policy,city commercial banks have developed vigorously.The fierce competition among their counterparts makes more and more bank managers realize the importance of talents.The working status of employees,especially the level of engagement of grass-roots employees will directly affect the level of organizational performance of enterprises.Therefore,how to effectively improve the engagement of grass-roots employees,and then enhance the level of organizational performance has become an important topic for managers of urban commercial banks to study.On the basis of relevant theories and literature research,this paper makes an empirical study on the degree of engagement of grass-roots employees of H City Commercial Bank.Firstly,this paper introduces the purpose and significance of this study,and puts forward the research ideas,methods and contents of this study.Through the research on the theory and literature of engagement,the paper develops the influencing factors scale of engagement and engagement of grass-roots employees of H-city commercial bank,and analyzes the reliability and validity of the scale with SPSS22.0.This paper investigates the status of the engagement of grass-roots staff in H-city commercial bank,finds out the problems existing in the engagement of grass-roots staff,and finally puts forward the strategies to improve the engagement of grass-roots staff in H-city commercial bank.
