Since reform and opening up, as the third largest industry in the service industry has been rapid development, become an important force to promote the development of national economy. However in the rapidly developing at the same time, the service industry human resources management and development still exist many problems, resulting in the loss of employees, thus for enterprise to bring the negative impact of cannot be ignored. High staff turnover has seriously affected the normal operation of service industry, because a loss of experience and technology, human resources management costs rise, affect the on-the-job personnel’s working enthusiasm, make the enterprise less competitive, which hindered the further development of service industry. So service industry should be people-oriented, emphasis on human resources management and development, analysis the reasons of the loss of employees, and combining with the enterprise actual find to solve the problem of staff turnover, methods, and put into action, to help enterprises normal operation, to avoid the impact of staff turnover, and gradually grow.Based on LK Company as the research object, through-questionnaire survey was conducted of LK company employees at the grass-roots level and the effective questionnaire statistical analysis found that the results of recovery while its high-speed development, is also associated with a high turnover rate in company employees at the grass-roots level. According to the market environment and the specific situation of the LK company, combining with the analysis of the recycling effective questionnaire results, respectively, from the society, enterprise and individual three aspects detailed analysis the reasons of the loss of employees at the grass-roots level influence of LK company mainly lies in the enterprise internal management, compensation, training, work pressure and so on.Grass-roots staff turnover on the basis of analysis of LK company reason put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of staff turnover at the grass-roots level. Hope through the study of LK company grass-roots staff turnover problem, to help enterprises solve the problem of staff turnover at the grass-roots level, promote the enterprise human resources management and development, improve the industry competitiveness of LK company.
