Banks are an important driving force for national economic and social development and an important area to enhance China's comprehensive national strength.The operation of banks is related to the overall development of the country.In the new economic norm under the background of economic globalization,banks face interest rate market,the financial impact of the Internet and new fast payment,the bank through an effective way to enhance the bank's management level and improve the operating efficiency of business model has been imminent,banking industry and the increasingly fierce competition,commercial banks human resources management determines the level of commercial bank operation management level to a great extent.As a strategic resource,human resources play a very important role in the development of modern commercial banks.Staff motivation is one of the most important issues of human resources.At present,the incentive system of our commercial banks is not perfect,and there are still some problems.At the same time,China's reform and opening up and modernization drive has entered a new historical period,along with the rapid development of China's economy,China's banking industry has achieved rapid development,the banking industry increasingly fierce competition,especially snatch limited customer resources.However,grass-roots workers are the first contact with customers in the bank,they are commercial bank spokesperson,representing the social image of the commercial bank,and even become an important determinant of bank choice;they are also the creators of the profits of commercial banks,they tap the potential value of customers by grasping customer needs.Therefore,banks should establish a set of standard and complete employee reward mechanism based on fully understanding the characteristics and needs of the grass roots employees,so that the grass-roots employees can become more active and creative in their work and effectively improving the efficiency of the bank's management.In addition,the incentive problem of grass-roots employees of the bank is not only the internal management of enterprises,it is related to the commercial bank is able to attract and retain talent or not,which makes up the bank staff incentive mechanism is particularly important.In this paper,picked China bank HZ branch as the research object,through questionnaire,analyzes the status quo of China HZ branch of Bank of grass-roots staff motivation and problems,such as lack of incentive compensation system of performance appraisal system,lack of guidance,occupation development mechanism,lack of planning and training systematic mechanism.Based on these,the improvement countermeasures to solve the problems are as follows,Such as optimize the salary structure,improve the performance appraisal system,optimize the career development mechanism,improve the training mechanism etc.
