With the constant deepening of economic system reform in our country,the financial industry technology innovation and product change with each passing day,the impact of the Internet financial also makes the traditional entity financial pressure,the local city commercial Banks are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges,the bank staff due to the cruel market competition also increase to work under pressure.Unreasonable work pressure to reduce the employee's work efficiency at the same time also can reduce bank employees sense of belonging,make employee turnover rate rise.And the employee for an enterprise,they are the enterprise core competitive ability,is also a driving force for the development of the enterprise in the future.So the city commercial Banks to improve focus on employee job stress intensity and seek effective way to reduce the employee's work pressure method.In case of D Bank,this paper combining with the characteristics of city commercial Banks to compile stress questionnaire and use SPSS22 study of data analysis,data investigation to belong to a higher level,city commercial Banks,the overall pressure pressure source can be summarized as organization management and career development,job requirements,self-awareness,self-management,time conflicts,market pressure,environmental interference.Based on the data analysis of bank employees interviews,found that stress at work behind the main human resource management issues as follows: organizational structure is difficult to adapt to market development requirements;Work backward analysis;Human resource planning is not complete;Recruitment is not enough scientific and rigorous;Human resources development;Compensation performance flaws;Organizational culture construction is not into the system.The final combination of knowledge and research conclusion forward countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the city commercial Banks operating pressure: conveniently set up the new organization structure;Make scientific job analysis;Set up a complete human resource planning;Strict recruitment process and admittance system;A sound system of human resources development and process;Clear inspection standards and compensation system;Build a harmonious corporate culture.
