Global card market mainly concentrated in the economically developed regions such as Europe and Asia-Pacific. Particularly the Chinese market is leading. Since the beginning of21st century, the competition among card manufacturing industry is very fierce. In order to improve core competitive strength to any company and keep in an invincible position in the competition, many enterprises will invariably using marketing as an important management tool.Accompanied by a card industry is booming in China. Many world famous brands and domestic famous enterprises choose the competition to join. This trend also prompted more competitive among these companies. Meanwhile, The industry also ushered in the great development opportunities from the development of police support to customers.Chun Bo High-Tech Company is the card production company in China. Judging from his scale of production, are still small and medium-sized enterprises. But replying on the leading technology, owned a market competitive strength. From the overall situation of enterprise, in terms of market development has been hampered because the strategies of marketing are not clear and implementation of methods is not reasonable. Therefore, in this case, the company urgent needs to find a solution to help company ride out storm.The purpose of this article is by marketing related theory, combined with a variety of effective analysis methods to find the best solution to the existing problems of enterprise strategy to achieve through the policy analysis to help companies expand market share, improve the performance of the company’s goals.We all know that marketing is the key link of enterprise, only work out a scientific and rational marketing strategies to properly face the competition in the market, understanding of customer needs in order to find the difference to obtain competitive advantage in the market of the product.Therefore, the Chun Bo High-Tech Company only by virtue of its effort to continuously enhance the company’s overall strength, to get out, recognized by customer, open the new situation of competition in the market. Meanwhile, as the government and financial institution demand new changes in the card production, card industries as a whole environment is facing a new change from police to action even at all levels. This requires under pressure from internal and external environment will have to adjust marketing strategies, actively constructing new marketing system,open a new marketing channel and establish a reasonable and effective marketing strategies that meet market requirements, in order to respond to new challenges.
