| As one of the departments which is most closely connected with the import and export trade enterprises customs will directly affect the interests of these enterprises.So customs set up an important task which is to be a service-oriented customs.Taking the Kashi customs for instance,this essay elaborates if customs services have fulfilled the need of the satisfaction degree on the customs services under the Regional Integration Background and gives some suggestions on how to improve the level of service satisfaction.This paper builds a evaluation indicators system of satisfaction degree,it takes main indicators as effect factors for satisfaction degree;perceived quality of policies,perceived quality of services authorities' image,expectation complaint and so on.Research data are mainly obtained through questionnaires.Based on the results of questionnaires,the enterprises are satisfied with constructing a service-oriented customs after the regional integration reform,but the service quality and service efficiency still need to be improved and strengthened.According to the index of customs service system,the efficiency is the most important and the good service attitude is also the most important.In terms of service efficiency,the reform of regional integration meet the higher demand of the efficiency.However,the importance of the customs hall facilities and related service has been gradually weakened.At the same time,the demand for efficiency is more.Through empirical analysis summed up the basic conclusion of the article establish the system of service system and step up efforts to the propaganda;provide personalized service to different enterprises set up the concept of modern customs supervision establish modern customs service concept;change the mode of supervision and improve the enterprise customs service system;establish a harmonious relationship between customs and enterprises,enhancing the sense of enterprise acquisition. |
