In recent years China's volume of foreign trade import and export has increased, the products of the import and export continuously adjust and optimize the structure. The Customs declaration enterprise supports the performance of the contract, comes into being and has been booming with the rapid development of foreign trade. Customs services continue to expand, and the number of Customs enterprises increase rapidly, so the competition of customs service market becomes more and more fierce. The managers of the enterprise have to find ways to enhance their own competiveness. Based on the development of enterprise informatization in foreign trade, customer relationship management has been the concern of management, so it has theoretical and practical significance of the study to research on Application of CRM in the declaration enterprise.From the related theory of CRM and combined with the specific enterprise, this paper analyzes the current situation of the declaration enterprise A. In this customer management of the enterprise, there is not a complete, standard system of customer relationship so far. This paper, from the domestic and foreign literature, has researched on the function of customer relationship management's related module, especially the module researchers have studied, the specific operation of each module and the effect which can be achieved. A declaration is suitable for enterprises, and then selects the five module for the declaration enterprises to implement CRM. In order to determine whether the declaration enterprises is fit for the implementation of customer relationship management, the necessary conditions of CRM are analyzed, and analyzes the feasibility of CRM in the implementation of declaration enterprises A. On this basis, we helps customs declaration enterprises A to design the CRM scheme, and expounds the concrete operation of the implementation of CRM program.The purpose of this paper is:using the theory of customer relationship management, combined with the practical problems of declaration enterprises A, it can help enterprises to establish a complete, standardized, practical implementation of a series of customer relationship management operational customer relationship management system. Declaration enterprise A can improve the current customer relationship after the series of ways. The customer relationship management will become more systematic and clear, and gets more satisfaction and loyalty of the customer. The design scheme of customer relationship management strategy in this paper will has certain guiding significance for similar declaration enterprises.The research method of this paper is based on theoretical research, literature research, drawing on the successful case, And the combination of the actual investigation method. and strives to apply the design theory and success of the case into this CRM scheme.
