Study On Construction Status And Evaluation Of Modern Agricultural Parks In Handan City

In recent years,the construction all over the country has developed rapidly and has made remarkable achievements,but due to the short development history of our country's modern agricultural park,natural resources,humanities environment,economic base differences in different areas,caused the difference of the development level of different parts of the park.How to modern agricultural park as a whole comprehensive and accurate feedback,at the same time provides the development countermeasures of technical support has become an important research subject.Firstly,this research in the study on modern agricultural park evaluation at home and abroad on the basis of relevant theories,in May,2017-August 2018,take the field survey,semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey form,construction of handan city of 19 counties 162 park is conducted field research,obtained the 162 modern agricultural park percent,fixed number of year,grade distribution,regional distribution,leading industry,industrial integration,production and operation situation,the scientific and technological innovation,brand building,and eight aspects of the status quo,and then analyze the factors affecting the development of modern agriculture park,mainly has insufficient industry alignment,closely with farmers benefit,lack of supporting ability of science and technology,brand effect play a weak and other factors.Second,this study in the comprehensive evaluation system for modern agriculture park under the premise of the five basic principles,through numerical standardization,analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and weight assignment method of evaluation and calculation methods,and construct a set of comprehensive evaluation index system of modern agricultural park,on the basis of the park layout,infrastructure,application of science and technology,agricultural products processing and industrialization,the industrial integration,management and service system,and comprehensive benefit index of seven class,20 refining indicators of modern agriculture park according to the importance of the healthy development of the inspection and evaluation,in order to solve in the development of modern agriculture park need to correct the problem,promoting the construction of modern agricultural park more large-scale,standardizedand scientific.By combining modern agricultural park comprehensive evaluation index system of evaluation results,and analyze the Fengfeng mining area who valley modern agricultural park found that park in informatization infrastructure,scientific and technological innovation and scientific and technological content,with links to the interests of farmers and shortcomings on the service management system,suggest the(1)equipping new agricultural technology,improve the facilities information degree(2)formulates preferential policies,entrepreneurial atmosphere(3)improve the organization and leadership authority(4)improve park benefit coupling mechanism;By building the comprehensive evaluation index system of modern agricultural zones,analysis of 45 has high value to evaluate the park,combined with evaluation results from seven excellent,analyzing typical park is summarized the practice experience of excellent park cases,one is on the scale,high standard,leading enterprises by;2 it is to adhere to the integration of industry and enterprise aggregation,promote the development of whole chain;3 it is to stick to the government leading,enterprise main body,farmers' participation;Four is the development of the science and technology innovation,brand marketing promotion value.Finally,based on the above all analysis results,to promote the speed up the development of modern agriculture park put forward the countermeasures,in ord er to help to the development of modern agriculture park in China.
