Research Of The Underused Land Redevelopment By Government

Economic and social development is closely related to land resources.Since the reform and development,the economy and society have developed at a high speed and achieved fruitful results.With the rapid advance of urbanization,industrialization,too straightforward model of development leads to the contradiction between the cultivated land protection and development security is increasingly outstanding,alone have been unsustainable consumption of land resources for the development of the way.Nowadays,improve the efficiency of land use,economical and intensive utilization of land resources has become the top priority of China's land management,is to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's industry,the surest way to healthy development of the economy.It has become an inevitable trend of land use development in the future to carry out underused land redevelopment,excavate land potential from existing land and improve land use efficiency.Based on the basic situation of the underused land redevelopment in Yixing,this paper makes a full investigation of the related situation,and finds that there are some problems in the redevelopment of Yixing's underused land process,such as redevelopment subject and model,land ownership,history and so on.Combined with the good practical experience of underused land redevelopment at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the suitable and maneuverable countermeasures for the redevelopment of underused land in Yixing,so as to provide the policy basis for the redevelopment of underused land from many aspects,such as the main body ofredevelopment,the type and mode of redevelopment,the land resources and the mechanism of redevelopment,so as to provide the policy basis for the redevelopment of low efficiency land.This paper has six parts.The first part is the introduction.Mainly put forward thebackground and significance of the redevelopment of underused land,review and comb the related literatureat home and abroad,clear the research content and method,and put forward the innovation of this paper and the insufficiency.The second part is the related concept and theoretical basis.Define the concept of underused land redevelopment,and put forward relevant theoretical foundation.The third part is the actuality of underused land redevelopment in Yixing city.Introduce The basic situation of underused land redevelopment in yixing city.The forth part put forward and analyze the problems and bottlenecks of redevelopment.The fifth part is domestic and foreign experience reference.In this part the successful cases of underused land redevelopment in Liaoning,Gansu,Hebei and Tangshan,as well as the United States,Singapore,Germany and other countries were analyzed and compared,and the enlightenment to Yixing is induced.The sixth part is the countermeasures for the underused land redevelopment.Based on the basic theory,the author tries to put forward some Suggestions on the redevelopment of underused land from the government and market,and constructs the policy improvement mode of practical operability under the current system.
