Research On Purchasing Risk Management Of S Company Based On Process

On the background of specialization and cooperation of modern industrial production increased,almost all enterprises are required to purchase materials and components from suppliers.The complex relationship between supply and demand bound to bring enterprise purchasing all kinds of risks,more importantly,it will produce high risk cost.S is a small enterprises in growth of electronic components.Along with the rapid development in recent years,lag of management concept and process,components for high standards of quality and safety,S company is fac ing great risks and challenges.Therefore,this paper uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to study the risk identification,evaluation and control strategy of S company's procurement activities.First of all,based on the relevant theoretical research,summed up the electronic components company basic situation and current situation of procurement,analysis the risk of the purchasing process,and finally clear procurement risk factors existing in the company through the questionnaire;on this basis,reduced the purchasing risk factors and built the purchasing risk index system finally.Then built the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to calculate the comprehensive evaluation results of the procurement risk,put forward risk control measures based on the results from the procurement process and supplier management process.The specific research content is as follows.Based on the previous studies,from the perspective of process in detail,identify the procurement risk factors existing,and the risk evaluation index system is simplified by using the grey clus tering,while retaining the key information index under the condition of reducing the number of risk factors index in the system,the subsequent risk assessment calculation process would be simplif ied.considering the small sample and poor information in procurement risk evaluation process,applied grey theory and fuzzy theory together to the comprehensive evaluation of procurement risk,improve the accuracy of the evaluation,and draw the conclusion that the procurement risk of S company were pretty high;based on this,formulate the corresponding control strategy for procurement risk overall control.And the actual operation process of procurement is optimized and improved to control the specific risk factors.The research on the identification,evaluation and control of procurement risk has a certain reference and guidance for manufacturing enterprises.
